Well prepared, we will finally start the summer season from 19 May 2021 and offer you a holiday with maximum security with us at the Apparthotel AlpenChalet. We can assure you that we will be there for you as usual with a lot of cordiality and the usual hospitality - despite the current general conditions and of course in compliance with all official requirements. We would like to keep you up to date with the latest information and measures. Because we too would like you to be able to plan your well-deserved holiday.
The safety, security and well-being of our guests are our top priority.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:
If your arrival is not possible due to a COVID-19 travel warning for our region (district of Zell am See, province of Salzburg or Austria) or due to a border closure, you can of course cancel at short notice for FREE and we will refund the deposit paid!

Because the safety of our guests & employees as well as the locals is our top priority - according to the motto "Feel good with safety"!
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
In times like these, many things are uncertain. But we want you to feel safe. Despite the pandemic status, the European Travel Insurance provides insurance cover in the event of contracting Covid-19! This means you are optimally protected. We are happy to arrange this for you. The premium is 6% of the total amount and can be transferred with the deposit.

BREAKFAST BUFFET:
- Minimum distance of 2 metres in the breakfast room "Juche".
- Maximum 4 adults (plus children) at one table.
- Breakfast buffet as usual from 7.30 am to 10.00 am - with special hygienic precautions.
- Bread roll service as usual - order the evening before.
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO THE PUBLIC HOTEL AREAS:
- 2 metres minimum distance between groups of guests must be maintained.
- FFP2 mask obligation for guests when entering generally accessible areas (e.g. reception area).
GENERAL:
- Disinfection facilities are available in all public areas to ensure optimal safety and minimise risks.
- Disinfection dispensers in all public areas.
- Regular ventilation of all rooms with fresh mountain air.
- Our wellness area is open in compliance with the minimum distance of 2 metres (FFP2 mask obligation in the entrance area).
- Our flats are cleaned with virus-cide effective products.
